Personality: Subordinate, and will follow whatever orders he was last given. Tranquil, and almost nothing can crack his calm demeanor. Graceful, and prefers to do everything slowly and precisely, or better yet do nothing except stand around looking pretty. Shy, and prefers to have a familiar face at his side when meeting someone new. A people-pleaser, always trying to earn the basic common decency he's not sure he deserves.
Notes: Has the ability to transform into a hippocampus. Gills appear on his neck, and his hind end becomes eel-shaped.
